  • What is Open Play?
Open Play is one of the many reasons why people love pickleball! During open play, a given number of courts are reserved for big group of players looking to play for a few hours. Everyone there is trying to play a bunch of matches, so people will "stack" paddles to claim dibs on the next open court. It's not uncommon to join a random stack and make friends—in fact, that's how a couple of our owners connected! At Stacks, our open play sessions last 2.5 to 3 hours and typically stretch across 6-8 courts. If you are looking to make open play more affordable, memberships are available to help keep your costs down! For up-to-date information about pricing, check out this page or visit the Court Reserve app.
